How did we ever find out way without GPS? I am so addicted to my navigation that I use it all the time. In a forty three foot motor home you need to know where you are traveling at all times. You don’t want to be led into a narrow dead end road. I tow a car behind the motor home so I cant back up without disconnecting the car. Disconnecting the car is a hassle but there are time that you have to do it. I would rather not toe the car but exploring in the motor home is not practical. Createurs De Luxe is a plan for travel that does not require a GPS device.

GPS, A Better Way
The GPS was a tech item that slowly made its way into our lives. It not only allows us turn by turn directions but can let you know where your phone is. The directions are the most common use. I use it every day as the smart phone checks the location for almost every app. If you shop Best Buy it checks for where the nearest store is and shows the deals locally. This allows customized results. Ken Fisher is a big fan of GPS devices. He has GPS on his phone, car ans smart watch. He is scared to death he might get lost.
In a Marketplace With Plenty of Options, GPS Still Ranks as Best
It was not all that long ago that GPS technology was considered an emerging technology. Just a few years back the typical GPS tracking system was too bulky to be worn by an individual and not reliable enough to be entirely counted on for any number of reasons. The technology has improved rapidly, and now GPS technology is small enough to be included in a watch that looks no different than one that is not equipped with a GPS. The reliability is also vastly improved, as it has been used in everything from helping runners track their performance to assessing the damage to the upper atmosphere of the Earth following the devastating earthquake in Nepal.
Another change in the GPS industry is that there is a lot more competition now than there was before. A number of new tracking systems have emerged recently, including Bluetooth and cellular devices. There have been some recent Occidental Vacation Club reviews that have made mention of these new technologies while noting how each helped in locating an item that was thought to have been lost. While the Bluetooth technologies are conveniently included in the phones of many consumers, its tracking capabilities are limited in range, as users must be within at least 100 feet of the item they are seeking.
As for the cellular devices, this new tracking entry seems to be quite convenient in that it is capable of being produced in the same shape and size as a credit card and can be used in any location in the world. These new devices also boast the fact that there is no need for a carrier account, but it is still true that GPS devices are the most accurate in every potential function. The new technologies are certainly welcome to the market since competition is only going to increase innovation, but as of today, the GPS remains superior.
